  1. Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?
    Yes, at this time all of our tours are available by pre-purchase only. You can pre-book either online or by calling our office.
  2. How long do the tours last?
    The tours are all day and typically last 4 to 5 hours depending on traffic.
  3. Can I get on and off?
    No. This is to make sure that you can see all the sights of Savannah, with the best views and information, without having to traipse around all day
  4. Do you offer group bookings & private hires?
    Yes! If you would like to come as a big group or rent the bus out for a party send us an email on our contact page with details of your upcoming event.
  5. What is your disability access policy?
    Due to the classic design of the buses, wheelchairs can only be brought on board if they can be folded and placed beside the seats, and the passenger is able to sit on one of our seats.
  6. Is my credit card transaction secure?
    Yes. Your ticket purchase goes through PayPal secure credit card processing service.
  7. Do you offer special pricing for military,, children, students, or seniors?
    Uniformed Police or Fire Department Personnel or Active Duty Service Personnel accompanied with appropriate ID are eligible for a 25% discount. Only the individual is eligible and not any accompanying family member or friends.
  8. Do I need to bring my ticket confirmation to check in?
    Please arrive at the front of your hotel 15 minutes before the start of the tour to allow time for check-in. You do not need to bring your printed ticket. Out of consideration for other guests, we cannot accommodate those arriving after the start time.
  9. How will I know if a tour has been cancelled?
    Tours take place rain or shine. In some weather conditions, a tour may be cancelled. We attempt to make weather cancellations as far in advance as possible. If you have reserved a ticket for a tour, we will notify you by email that the tour has been cancelled.
  10. What is the cancellation policy?
    You may cancel your booking up to 72 hours before your scheduled tour time for a full refund. Refunds will be returned the same way as originally transacted. Refunds will typically occur within 7 days of the cancellation. Bookings canceled less than 72 hours before scheduled tour time will not receive any refund whatever the circumstances of the cancellation.
  11. Am I able to share the cost of the tour with other travelers?
    Yes you can; however, in order to ensure that the tour will be a complete success, the lead traveler (coordinator) must assume certain responsibilities.Description
